This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics tools. The only data we collect is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form: name, email address, company, and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

Responding to your inquiry (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recipients and transfers

Your data is processed by GlobalPath Digital LLC, a US-based company. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It transits through our server located in the European Union and our business email.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for a maximum of 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your data (Arts. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights: hello@globalpathdigital.com. EU residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority (in France: CNIL, cnil.fr).
